Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Campaign and Event Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and managing corporate events and trade shows. This person is also responsible for analysing, tracking, and reporting on the success of these campaigns through CRM tools. This person will drive collaboration with key stakeholders from various departments, with a focus on Partner Marketing and Strategic Accounts.

Report to: Marketing Director, Partner and Strategic Marketing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the research, development, budgeting and execution of a strategic event plan, in coordination with various stakeholders, as well as overseeing sponsorships, opportunities for speaking engagements, hosted events, webinars, live demos, and sponsorships.
  • Manage the logistical aspect of events by coordinating with third-party vendors and handling invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
  • Support event evaluation and follow-up, generate lead reports, and track performance.
  • Support execution of campaigns for partners and strategic sales accounts, working closely with Partner Account Managers and the Business Development team
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of digital and print content.
  • Track, analyze and managing the results of the events and campaigns, through creating associated campaigns through CRM tools, uploading leads, tracking and reporting on lead to opportunity progression through the funnel.
  • Familiarity and experience with ABM tools
