The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze competitor events as well as relevant international events (summits, conferences, webinars, exhibitions) attended by the target audience, in accordance with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Prepare the company’s participation in business events, negotiate with organizers, contractors, speakers, and partners.
  • Interact with internal clients - company representatives participating in events: identify their expectations, needs, and prepare them for the event.
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for copywriting, design, lead generation, social media, and customer support.
  • Coordinate the advertising, informational, and technical aspects of the event.
  • Collect data for analyzing the effectiveness of events and preparing reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Management, or Event Planning.
  • Experience in Event Management for 2+ years.
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written negotiations.
  • Knowledge of current trends and tools in event marketing.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
