Description:

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are meticulously managed. This includes venue selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, and on-site event coordination.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure all events comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including adherence to compliance policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring events are executed within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and compliance teams, to align event objectives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Speaker and Presenter Management: Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and key opinion leaders to secure their participation in events, manage logistics, and provide necessary support to ensure a successful presentation.
  • Logistics and Operations: Oversee logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodations, audiovisual equipment, catering, signage, and attendee registration. Ensure all logistical elements are coordinated effectively to deliver a seamless event experience.
  • Event Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop event marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of events, gather feedback from attendees, and identify areas for improvement. Use insights to inform future event planning and strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ experience in event planning and operations management required; Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools (CVENT), as well as knowledge of compliance tracking systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a highly regulated environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality and compliant pharmaceutical event experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
