Description:

WHO WE ARE

Stitch is the production company powered by Connection Crew. We specialise in Exhibtions, Live Event Production, Modular Installations, and Media Services. Every project is created to deliver environmentally-sound and socially powerful results. Supporting our clients’ ESG ambitions, funding training and jobs for people facing social disadvantage and tracking and reducing carbon along the way.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

We work across the UK and have a growing roster of events in Europe. As a Production Manager you will work closely with our creative teams and engage with clients from pitch to delivery. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting and documenting shows as well as overseeing technical delivery on site. This role involves a significant amount of travel and working outside of ‘normal’ office hours.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Responsible for the delivery of multiple events throughout the year
  • Creating and maintaining organised documentation for all shows (Contracts, RAMS, Schedules, ESG reports)
  • Preparing, booking and communicating schedules, requirements, execution plans and individual responsibilities to team members, vendors and venue partners
  • Producing and developing technical schematics and floor plans (we use the BeMatrix system a lot!)
  • Overseeing technical delivery on site from fit-up to get-out
  • Management of on-site personnel (Stitch staff, temporary labour, promo staff, techs)
  • Producing detailed cost forecasts and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
  • Client liaison, attending meetings and coordinating change management
  • Administration of our industry leading carbon reporting through the use of software (Current RMS, Hubspot)
  • Traveling across the UK to deliver events and meet clients
