Description:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience in hospitality/tourism industry preferred
- Sales & Marketing qualifications preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM programs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Energy, enthusiasm with a vibrant personality
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class Guest experiences from the inquiry stage to post-event follow up
- Responsible for generating new leads, growing the customer base and converting sales leads from social and corporate clients
- Provide quotations for events and prepare contracts and follow up on enquiries from prospective and repeat larger clients to secure business
- High volume of booking small group food and beverage packages
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation
- Research and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Work to ensure all goals and objectives assigned by the Director of Sales are completed in a timely fashion
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and communicate them to the Director of Sales
- Work with the Operations Team to ensure flawless execution for all events and bookings
- Meet or exceed outbound sales objectives to grow event sales
- Maintain and manage a client database via the CRM system
- Represent Topgolf at industry or tradeshow events with a view to securing new business opportunities
- Drive awareness of the Topgolf brand in the community through business networks
- Co-ordinate and participate in sales famils to increase brand awareness and generate business
- Partner with the Director of Sales to foster a “fun” and engaging work environment
