JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Event Sponsorship Associate, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial development of our B2B events. You will work closely with a range of departments to develop new commercial avenues and ensure the success of our events. This role involves cultivating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and selling sponsorship packages for our award-winning B2B conferences and awards nights.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential sponsors for our B2B events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present and pitch sponsorship opportunities to potential sponsors
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure sponsor satisfaction and deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Assist in the development of sponsorship packages and proposals
  • Develop long-term relationships with sponsorship clients
  • Pitch and tailor sponsorship opportunities to clients over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Willing to be onsite for events, with some interstate travel required.
