This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
Embedded in the team of the global company Cargill , Delacon researches, develops and produces natural feed additives for poultry, pigs, ruminants and aquaculture at the Engerwitzdorf site (Linz area).
Job Purpose and Impact
The Event, Travel and Administration Manager will provide various office and location support activities. In this role, you will plan, set up and run more complex events, meetings or conferences. Key Accountabilities
Coordinate events (company visits) and travelling (for employees and visitors)
Inspect meeting sites to ensure event requirements are met
Ensure that facilities, office and business support services function correctly
Book flights, train journeys, hotels, rental cars
Ensuring the control of related invoices
Keeping ongoing correspondence with the travel agency and traveling employees
Processing visa applications for business trips
Manage the Reception activities
Supporting the relationship with various contractors (when case)
Handle complex clerical, administrative or technical issues
Supporting the office assistance (general correspondence, procurement of office supplies, archive management, storage)
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent Minimum of two years of related work experience (event management, travel) Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written Very good MS Office knowledge Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to work independently, attention to details Proactive and structured way of working as well as high solution orientation Highly adaptable to working in an intercultural environment
