Responsibilities:

The Events & Marketing Executive reports to the Senior Events Executive and supports the wider London-based marketing team, and business, in the coordination and execution of events, webcasts, and client engagement points across the London, Jersey, Luxembourg and Dubai offices. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Senior Events Executive in planning and coordinating of all aspects of campaigns and events including, but not limited to conferences, virtual roundtables, corporate hospitality, webinars and executive dinners
  • Coordinating and delivering marketing collateral including, but not limited to, presentations, invitations and client giveaways/corporate gifts
  • Delivering and maintaining the events activity calendar for the London, Luxembourg, Dubai and Jersey offices
  • Obtaining stakeholder feedback (internal and external) and provide related reporting, following events and activities to the relevant BD & Marketing practice group leads
  • Researching competitor activity and share market intelligence with Senior Events Executive and Marketing colleagues
  • Developing and delivering creative ideas and concepts
  • Ensuring best practice protocols (i.e., timings, targeting, evaluation) is followed for all projects
  • Proactively build relationships and work with members of the Marketing team in London and Dublin
  • Managing competing tasks for a wide range of events and effectively utilising available resources to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Work closely with the Senior Events Executive by being a key contributor for specific budgets and providing regular updates on costs throughout the planning and executive process of projects
  • Assisting with additional tasks that may be required as a part of the on-going Events & Marketing needs of the European offices
