Description:
We are currently looking for an events coordinator / caretaker support to join our team on a busy cooperate site in BD6.
This will be a fast paced physical role with changes and set ups that may need setting up at very short notice.
Candidate will work closely with the Workplace experience team.
Some aspects of manual handling will be required.
Working hours will be 11.00 - 18.30. 35 hours per week.
Rate of pay £14.00 per hour paid fortnightly.
Candidates must be over the age of 24 and hold a full uk driving license for company insurance to drive onsite vehicles.
Job description.
Events coordinator.
Liaising with the Helpdesk for each meeting room requirement and set up.
Setting up tea stations.
Making sure meeting rooms have the correct stationary for the event taking place.
You may have to move furniture from one meeting room to another for the needs of the set up required.
Caretaker support.
Head counts on the request of the helpdesk.
Delivering stationary to all buildings onsite.
Restocking kitchens with tea, coffee and sugar etc..
Restocking kitchens with any cutlery, cups that are required.
Cleaning out the coffee machines on a daily basis.
Refuse removal.
Grounds work if required.
Be available to assist with any day to day requirements from the Workplace Experience team
