Opening 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Head Chef role

  • Designing customized menus that align with the theme and requirements of each event.
  • Create dishes that cater to the various tastes and preferences of the guests, taking into consideration allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages of ingredients and supplies through inventory management, while simultaneously overseeing costs to minimize waste and optimize the budget.
  • Working closely with event planners and coordinators to understand the event details and guest expectations.
  • Providing ongoing training and development for kitchen colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge.

Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire a team. Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage trends and regulatory requirements.
