POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role will have an opportunity to be apart of various marketing projects. This is an opportunity to build experience in marketing with a close knit team that is passionate about what they do.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Currently pursuing their Bachelors in Marketing, Communication or related field
- Good communication skills
- Strong Organization skills
- Confidence in writing ability for social media
- Must be available from June 10th - August 16th
- Must be able to commute to our Galway office 2 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building out our inventory of event assets and the system in which we manage them to empower individuals across the company to execute on non-priority events
- Co-produce best practice templates to maintain brand excellence at lower tiered events
- Support the production of Elevate and localized Elevate events
- Manage an invoice tracker to improve vendor payment process and timeliness
- Own registration and reporting for one of Diligent’s biggest events of the year with direct oversight from Senior Director of Event Marketing
