Job Responsibilities :
The Events Intern will assist in planning, organizing, and executing various roadshow events while ensuring a memorable experience for clients and Merchant Referral Partners(MRP).
- Roadshow Coordination: Support the coordination of roadshow logistics, including route planning, venue selection, vendor (Buffet) management, and on-site execution.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their roadshow needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas for roadshow themes, decorations, and activities to enhance the overall experience.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, and post-event evaluations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for the roadshow. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of the event.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various stakeholders including sponsors, local authorities, and media partners to ensure the smooth execution of the roadshow.

Pre-Requisites :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure; creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Able to commit for a period of 3 months over the summer
