Skills & experience

• Previous sole hotel revenue manager OR reservations supervisor or manager with yield management exposure.
• Yield management strategy and execution
• Strong report writing, analysis and recommendation rationale
• Strategic and tactical revenue and inventory management
• Full suite of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel skills
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Experience and high level on competence with Revenue Management Systems
• Experience within large to mid-sized independent hospitality organisations
• Project management and decision making
• Time management and prioritization.
• Property Management Configuration and Front Line level knowledge; preferably Mews.
• A passion for using data to uncover trends and opportunities, make and implement recommendations, perform split tests, analyse results and optimize performance
• Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking
• Ability to deciding and Initiating Action
• Passion for persuading and Influencing
• Excellent skills in writing and Reporting
