WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Coordinate customer access with Medical Affairs and Market Access according to the strategy.
• Promote talent development and retention by facilitating the personal and professional growth of team members.
• Provide cross-functional leadership in Renal business center of excellence projects from concept to implementation, delivery, and post-commercialization support.
• Ensure that quality is built into the design during product development
