Senior Purchasers
We are seeking two experienced Purchasers to join our team and contribute to the efficient procurement process within our data center operations. As a Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring the necessary equipment and materials to support our clients’ needs on different projects and locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or another related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in the data center industry or a related field
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed decisions
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, market conditions, and supplier dynamics
Senior Engineers (Electro, Mechanical/HVAC, Special equipment)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, or Construction)
At least 5 years of experience in relevant field managing large-scale projects, preferably in the data centre industry
Proven track record in leading engineering teams and budget management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English; Norwegian proficiency advantageous
Document controller

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher education, preferably at university level, can be replaced with relevant experience
Minimum 5 years document control experience, preferably from projects within energy or construction sector
Document control systems experience, Microsoft Office and project support systems
Flexible and open to input, proactive and result-oriented
Able to communicate well in writing and orally in English and Norwegian
Structured, accurate and the ability to work independently in a hectic environment
QA Specialist

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, or Construction)
At least 5 years of experience in relevant field managing large-scale projects, preferably in the data centre industry
Proven track record in leading engineering teams and budget management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English; Norwegian proficiency advantageous
EU passport or valid Norwegian work permit
Willingness for extended stays in Norway

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and oversee design (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Structural and Architectural) related to data centre operations
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including data centre architecture specialists and construction design teams
Monitor and adjust project milestones for engineering disciplines
Provide regular status reports to respective managers
Ensure quality assurance and control in compliance with industry practices and safety standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling of engineering documentation internally, towards the customer and sub-contractors
Handling supplier documentation internally, towards customers and suppliers
Review of the supplier’s final documentation
Quality check, registration and distribution of documentation according to requirements
Progress and delay reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
Identify training needs and take action to ensure company wide compliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and oversee specific systems (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Structural and Architectural) related to data centre operations
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including data centre architecture specialists and construction crews
Monitor and adjust project milestones for engineering disciplines
Provide regular status reports to respective managers (M&E/line manager)
Ensure quality assurance and control in compliance with industry practices and safety standards
