- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
On behalf of my high profile client I am seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential and efficient support to the CEO, Executive team, and Board of Directors.
As the EA to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions, including coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for the CEO and General Managers, including logistical arrangements such as room bookings, catering, and technology setup.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, including financial data, strategic plans, and personnel matters.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in preparing agendas for Board and Committee meetings, as well as collating relevant documentation.
- Timely preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and related action items.
- Liaise with Directors and Chairs to schedule meetings, assist with travel requirements, process reimbursements, and handle adhoc requests.
- Coordinate the signing of company documents as required and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the Contract Register across the business, ensuring all parties are alerted to expiration dates.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and General Managers, including correspondence, presentations.
- Support the wider business with end-of-year events, Annual Report coordination, travel bookings, and supplier management.
