JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Executive Account Manager (EAM) is responsible for driving orders and sales growth across the GE HealthCare (GEHC) portfolio through influencing the appropriate level of investments and increasing GEHC’s share of the wallet in Germany.
The Executive Account Manager will build business relationship with key executives to define and implement a long-term plan. The assigned accounts are typically very large, multi-site, market leading, and highly strategic health systems, academics, large private/public chains, Group Purchasing Organizations, etc.
The EAM is responsible for proactively developing and executing a One GE HealthCare Sales strategy that capitalizes on the strength of GE HealthCare’s broad portfolio of products, services and solutions and will drive and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases.
The EAM will report into the Germany Leadership and is part of a broad network with the Executive Account Managers globally.

Responsibilities:
- You will be achieving sales, orders and margin targets for GEHC sales in assigned strategic clients while managing cost within budget
- You will build long term strategic relationships with the portfolio of clients to continue to add value – beyond point of sales
- You will develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GEHC products & services
- You will continuously develop and maintain the assigned key clients, understand their key initiatives and priorities, and keep GEHC Region Manager, Zone Manager and Product business leaders informed and appropriately involved
- You will establish and enhance relationships at executive levels with clients through responsive resolution of issues and address customer needs by integrating all appropriate GEHC resources; promoting service offerings to identify and escalate commercial service needs to drive customer NPS
- You will build and leverage strong internal relationships within the EAM Network and the local sales team
- You facilitate comprehensive offering and pricing for large projects working closely with the GEHC Regional commercial operation and Healthcare Partners teams
- You ensure Customer Satisfaction and respect of the commercial contracts in compliance of GEHC policies (invoicing, revenue recognition, sourcing, cash collection)
