Description:
YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a busy Administration role, hospital experience desirable though not essential
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and handle the pressure of a large workload
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, including the ability to build constructive working relationships with Management, Staff and Health Professional
REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for, and administration of the Hospital credentialing and scope of practice program of work
- Coordinate and manage the medical student placements and orientation
- A thorough understanding of the importance of being able to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information in the responsibilities of this rol
