Description:

Provide high level support to the CEO of a leading not-for-profit organisation. 12-month Fixed Term Contract to commence in May!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be a successful candidate you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar senior Executive Assistant position - 2 years minimum
  • Previous experience & confidence taking minutes
  • Previous experience assisting at Board level - desirable not essential
  • Have a professional, focussed and mature nature

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the CEO and providing occasional support to the Board and senior leaders, this role is integral to the smooth running of operations across the organisation. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to commence at the beginning of May, working Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

DUTIES

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Diary and email management for the CEO
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the wider team
  • Meeting management; preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Handling communications around large-scale events
