Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support services to the CIO along with four other General Managers. In addition, this role will:

  • Provide a high level of professional administrative support to the CIO as well as the Technology Leadership Team.
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and presentations, including coordinating venues and facilities.
  • Professionally engage with suppliers and partners as needed. Act as a central point of contact between the CIO and internal/external clients and stakeholders both over the phone and email.
  • Book travel, organising events and workshops
  • Perform financial administration activities - reconcile expense accounts, provide financial reports, process invoices, and liaise with suppliers, procurement, accounts payable and finance.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, both for Board and internal meetings, attending various meetings, and taking and distributing minutes/actions for meetings and follow up as required.
  • Manage and prioritise work appropriately to ensure that matters for attention are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
