Description:
Aethir, a leading decentralized cloud infrastructure company in the web3 industry, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our executive team. As an Executive Assistant at Aethir, you will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, organizing and preparing documents, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Fluent in Mandarin with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of WeChat is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
