REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience as an EA, supporting at least 2 C-Suite level (ideally MD level and above), is critical
  • Previous exposure to the data centre industry is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting leaders across multiple regions in APAC
  • Broad knowledge of administrative processes, with highly-developed organisational and administration skills and to be able to forward plan and think strategically
  • Strong business sense and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and personable, collaborate closely with different levels of business partners, including C-suite leadership
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
  • Able to collaborate closely and coordinate effectively with different departments with the company, and with external business partners.
  • Ability to work under strict timelines and to work independently.
  • Self-starter; Results driven and problem-solver.
  • Resilient, flexible and agile with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all activities
  • Highly-developed MS Office Suite skills, including experience in understanding board and executive presentations/reports
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
