Summary
The Exec. Asst. and Administrative Officer is in-charge of the CEO’s calendar, acts as administrative support, event planning and travel management, and assists in meeting preparation. This position will also assist the HR and Administration Department in several aspects including but not limited to Licensing, Engagement, Training and Career Development, and Talent Management and Acquisition. She/he is also responsible for keeping records and monitoring for the CEO and the HR department.
