The Executive Assistant is critical to making this happen and will:

  • Plan and manage all travel and accommodation for execs, ensuring cost effectiveness
  • Manage travel, accommodation, catering and venue requirements for conferences, meetings and functions hosted by execs, ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor, process and report exec expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with delegated discretions and ANZ Expense Policy
  • Prepare reports to support financial metrics for IPH
  • Work with Business Execution, Marketing & Communications to assist with internal and external events as required
  • Produce general correspondence, presentations, reports etc of a confidential nature, on behalf of GM, IPH and Senior Advisor Corporate & Institutional
  • Provide administrative support for action items follow up to GM IPH and Senior Advisor Corporate & Institutional
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of staff, workplace induction, systems access, Corporate Card application, access to shared folders
  • Collate updates for Corp Risk Management Forum
  • Ensure all compliance training is completed

  • Able to use initiative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Able to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
  • Proven experience and understanding of the Institutional businesses
  • Microsoft office skills, with a strong emphasis on ability to put together PowerPoint, excel and Teams presentations for various audiences
  • Professional approach with all internal and external contacts
  • Well organised, able to manage and coordinate multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and influencing skills - spoken, written and in person
