THE ORGANISATION

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant for our client, a global leader in the Technology sector. Located in North Sydney, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organisation with a culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The role on offer is a 12-month contract with strong prospects for extension.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a similar role supporting 1 to multiple executives
  • Experience working for a multinational organisation or in the technology sector
  • Experience with complex diary and travel management (across multiple time zones)
  • High proficiency using Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, OneNote and SharePoint)
  • Highly developed administrative ability, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Calander management across multiple time zones
  • Complex travel management across multiple time zones
  • Expense management for the leadership team on a monthly basis
  • PO management assisting the leadership team in raising POs
  • Events management including offsites (venue sourcing and catering) and virtual offsites
  • Onboarding of new team members
  • Deep understanding of the organisation acting as an information resource to the business group.
  • Resolves customer requests and hosting of business guests
  • ADHOC duties for the wider leadership team
