THE ORGANISATION
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant for our client, a global leader in the Technology sector. Located in North Sydney, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organisation with a culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The role on offer is a 12-month contract with strong prospects for extension.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in a similar role supporting 1 to multiple executives
- Experience working for a multinational organisation or in the technology sector
- Experience with complex diary and travel management (across multiple time zones)
- High proficiency using Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, OneNote and SharePoint)
- Highly developed administrative ability, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and with a high level of confidentiality
- Strong relationship building and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Calander management across multiple time zones
- Complex travel management across multiple time zones
- Expense management for the leadership team on a monthly basis
- PO management assisting the leadership team in raising POs
- Events management including offsites (venue sourcing and catering) and virtual offsites
- Onboarding of new team members
- Deep understanding of the organisation acting as an information resource to the business group.
- Resolves customer requests and hosting of business guests
- ADHOC duties for the wider leadership team
