Kaschke Components GmbH, which was acquired by Bourns, Inc. on February 1, 2021 and integrated into its Power Division, is a leading manufacturer of inductive components and soft magnetic ferrites in Europe, supporting all business areas of the electronics industry, with a particular focus on industrial electronics, medical technology, automotive electronics, sensor technology and photovoltaics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration; alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with relevant practical experience of five years minimum
- Fluent German speaking and writing skills
- Excellent proficiency in English; further languages are a plus
- Excellent team work and collaboration skills
- Experienced with common IT infrastructure and office tools (MS office or similar)
- High social competency in addition to excellent communication skills
- Willingness to take the lead and responsibility and give significant contributions to international teams
- Solution thinking vs. problem finding
- Being able to think and act in complex structures
Responsibilities:
- Assistance to the Kaschke management team
- Major contact and host for visitors to the Kaschke site (internal / customers / suppliers)
- Takes the system administrator role for managing directors: creation, preparation and implementation of templates, layouts, reports and dashboards
- Support preparation and coordination of documentation as well as of external and internal communication
- Responsible for Kaschke’s event management
- Fleet management
- Change management
- Review of existing contracts (and - if necessary - cancellation or adjustment)
- Internal communication (script to prepare, organize, follow-up)
- Committee work (preparation of presentations, minutes, follow-up)
