Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Executive Assistant - Business Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our lawyers, ensuring that all case files are updated and maintained efficiently. You will also be responsible for preparing and tracking various legal documents, coordinating preparation works within the team, arranging delivery of legal correspondence to all parties involved. Additionally, you will manage the outlook calendar of hearing dates and record court’s directions. Screening phone calls and taking messages for fee-earners will also fall under your purview.

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers
  • Update and maintain case files, including monitoring court timelines
  • Prepare, track, draft, type, edit, format and engross letters and general legal documents
  • Coordinate all preparation works within the team
  • Arrange delivery of legal correspondence to all parties
  • Manage outlook calendar of hearing dates, recording and keep track of Court’s directions
