Description:
- 3 month temp role ; Part-time 30 hours / week

Our client is a leading member-based association that delivers services to its members throughout Queensland. Located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, this is an incredible opportunity for an Office All-rounder to support two x Executives and also provide broader operational support across the organisation.
You must have the following experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience as an Office All-rounder / PA with a proven ability to build relationships on all levels
- Previous experience with diary management and email correspondence for multiple people
- Be a confident and experienced professional with exceptional communication (both written and verbal)
- Be extremely proficient with an ability to be versatile with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Have a high level of attention to detail; a deep sense of personal accountability; and be extremely confidentia
Responsibilities:
The diverse range of responsibilities of the role will keep you challenged and constantly on your toes. The key ones are:
- Delivering exceptional support to two executives;
- Extensive diary and travel management including travel itineraries, flights and accommodation;
- Email management and correpondence;
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and ensuring agendas and actions are circulated on a timely basis;
- Assisting the CEO to meet their numerous, and often competing commitments to others;
- Coordinating board meetings, preparing, reading, and distributing Board papers; and
- Managing daily the smooth running of the office including office supplies, procurement, building management etc
