EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
- Required: 2+ years of experience in business operations (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferred time zone: Eastern
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Incredible communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like G-Suite, Excel (or Sheets), Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- A proven track record in your ability to get things done

Responsibilities:
We’re searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to execute high-level administrative tasks and manage projects for our Chief of Staff. This team member will have the power and responsibility to make sure that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly.
Here are the primary components of our Executive Assistant role:
- Eliminating Bottlenecks: Gate-keeping and monitoring the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the Chief of Staff and other relevant departments such as Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
- Project Management: Aiding in and ultimately ensuring the timely completion of creative projects.
- Administrative Management: Managing logistics, meetings, and emails throughout the day for the Chief of Staff.
