Caremark Ltd is a wholly UK-owned and operated home care franchise with an established and successful UK-based network.

EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role you will have:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to join a national organisation working within a fascinating industry covering both franchising and healthcare. As a new role within the organisation, we are seeking an individual with experience and who is comfortable taking ownership of the position.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Joint CEO, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Joint CEO ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the senior management team, alongside the field-based team, our network of franchise owners and wider Caremark teams in delivering excellent home care to the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, as an executive assistant, your role will be varied on a day-to-day basis however your main responsibilities:

  • Manage professional scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and other company logistics
  • and attending meetings and ensuring that the Joint CEO is well-prepared for meetings
  • meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations and analysis for the Joint CEO and Executive team.
  • as a liaison between executives and other departments or external parties.
  • with Regional Managers to identify any breach of legal agreement, draft breach letters and ascertain further escalation, if required.
  • and execute special projects and events as directed.
