Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality Executive Assistant support
- Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and ad hoc financial administration
- Distribute key communications in a timely and effective manner
- Work independently and with committees to arrange events in line with budgets
- Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.
