We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual for the role of Executive Assistant at CBRE in our Development and Infrastructure team in Sydney. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality Executive Assistant support
  • Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and ad hoc financial administration
  • Distribute key communications in a timely and effective manner
  • Work independently and with committees to arrange events in line with budgets
  • Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.
