We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual for the role of Executive Assistant at CBRE within the Industrial and Logistics team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support the Regional Director and leadership team from our Parramatta office.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, communication distribution, and ad hoc financial administration
- Coordinating high quality property marketing campaigns, producing information Memorandums and client submissions
- Maintaining an accurate and up to date database using Salesforce.
- Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.
