Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position works collaboratively to provide reception, secretarial and executive administrative support services to the CGH Executive Team.
DUTIES
- Planning, prioritising and coordinating Executive Team members work schedules
- Screening incoming mail and telephone calls
- Providing administrative support to Boards of Management, including some afterhours meetings
- Operating and maintaining document management systems, including patient feedback
- Preparing documents as requested by Executive staff
