Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position works collaboratively to provide reception, secretarial and executive administrative support services to the CGH Executive Team.

DUTIES

  • Planning, prioritising and coordinating Executive Team members work schedules
  • Screening incoming mail and telephone calls
  • Providing administrative support to Boards of Management, including some afterhours meetings
  • Operating and maintaining document management systems, including patient feedback
  • Preparing documents as requested by Executive staff
