The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. They should have a good understanding of the investment and financial space and be fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin is an asset to liaise with our investment team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with a Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support for office, senior management, and family office tasks.
  • Manage intricate calendars and schedule strategic meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate meticulous travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
  • Handle phone and email communications, draft professional correspondence, and manage follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with Personal Assistant work as required, including organizing exceptional events and managing personal errands.
  • Any other roles as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 6 to 10 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Demonstrated track record of stability in employment, reputable company background, and solid education.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Capable of working independently without requiring constant supervision.
  • Flexibility to provide both Executive Assistant and Office Management services, and the ability to support different teams.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week in the office.
