About the role: Located within the Corporate Services group, the position of Executive Assistant, Corporate Services reports to the Executive Manager, Corporate Services and is responsible for providing administrative support, managing stakeholders and collaboration.
This position has a close working relationship with the Executive Manager, Corporate Services, Chief Executive Officer, other Executives and members of the Executive Support Team. The successful candidate is expected to develop and nurture excellent relationships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders. To achieve this, the person in this role must be an effective liaison point and represent VicHealth in a professional manner at all times.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable experience working as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Works well in a team and can build relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • High competency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exemplary high-level administrative support including calendar and correspondence management for the Executive Manager – Corporate Services
  • Communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including with auditors, lawyers and other suppliers, and with government partners
  • Providing administrative support for Managers within Corporate Services
  • Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient executive administration support across VicHealth.
    About you: We’re looking for someone who demonstrates previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive within either government or the private sector.
    You will have exceptional planning and organising, attention to detail, interpersonal, flexibility and problem solving skills in order to succeed in this role.
