Description:

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS OR TRAINING:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, providing support at a high level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

DBD is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. This crucial role involves facilitating the smooth operation of our executive offices by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling to optimise organisation of executive time and priorities.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries to support executive business trips.
  • Handling communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organising and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters.
