MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications:
Experience coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
Knowledge of timekeeping systems.
Experience making travel arrangements according to specific policies.
Experience placing orders for materials, supplies and food for meetings.
Knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge/Experience interpretation and application of federal, state laws/regulations.
Experience in meeting deadlines.
Experience with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as an Executive Assistant. The selected competitive candidate will provide exceptional delivery of services to the agency’s Director’s Office in the Complex Care Unit.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Reporting to the Deputy of Complex Care Services, this position is also responsible for providing support to the Deputy of Programs and Operations.
The incumbent will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Provides support to Leadership as directed to ensure that agency goals and objectives are accomplished.
Manages calendars and conducts scheduling for both Deputies.
Serves as the timekeeper in HCM for the Deputy of Complex Care Services and Deputy of Programs and Operations and their divisions.
Serves as the small purchasing rep for both areas.
