Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Executive Assistant at Drillcut, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive leadership team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our General Manager and CEO, facilitating meetings, managing tasks, arranging travel, and enhancing overall efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the General Manager and CEO, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
  • Take meticulous meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Arrange travel itineraries for executives, anticipating travel needs and proactively addressing logistical challenges.
  • Exhibit proactive initiative, professionalism, and forward-thinking with the ability to predict the General Manager’s and CEO’s next move, ensuring seamless operations and anticipatory decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the General Manager and CEO, managing their calendars and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
