Description:
THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role (eg. Team Assistant, Office Administration Manager, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant).
- Experience as EA for Finance Executive
- Experience working in Global Multi-national
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience supporting multiple managers.
- Citizenship or permanent residency to allow you to work in Australia
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a passion for getting things done.
- Ability to independently plan and prioritise multiple and competing demands.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities:
As part of DXC’s Executive Support Team, you will provide support to optimize efficiency and effectiveness for three Senior leaders.
You will have a proven ability to perform as an administrator and ready to hit the ground running. This is your role to shine, if you are tenacious and looking for your next challenge in a multinational. The role is varied, busy and liaises closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
To succeed, you are an energetic, positive, self-motivated team player, with strong written and verbal interpersonal skills. A demonstrated, successful track record in a similar role and experience working in a fast-paced environment is required. You need to be highly organised, flexible, self reliant and have excellent prioritisation skills.
Essentially, you are an EA who can bring a “can do” attitude, have a sense of community and is willing to drive outcomes to benefit the team.
