SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant.
Worked with and supported senior professionals/executives in a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport at a senior level.
Ability to use and apply judgement, discretion and professionalism with expectational problem solving abilities.
Able to clearly articulate effectively at an executive level and be highly intuitive and proactive.
Able to exercise a high degree of integrity while maintaining executive level confidentiality.
Confident in preparing and managing legal and financial documentation.
High attention to detail, maintain a flexible and resourceful approach to effectively multi-task and manage workload.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite
