Description:
OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL INDUSTRY IN SINGAPORE. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Minutes taking and handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Monitor email and manage phone calls
- Manage various office communication use appropriate office communication tools.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.File management, expense reimbursements, and other administrative support.
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and providing information or redirecting as appropriate.
- Ensure and managed physical and electronic documents
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Business Admin
- Min 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
