REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5+ years of broad experience in a senior/executive administrative role.
- Post secondary diploma or degree in business administration is preferred.
- Experience supporting Committees and Councils a strong asset.
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience preparing agendas and advanced minute taking skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screening and prioritizing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Manage both in person and virtual meeting logistics including creation of meeting materials, packages and executive summaries, booking boardrooms & banquet halls, A/V requirements.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Prepare and format letters, PowerPoint Presentations, reports, visuals, and other materials to support meetings and projects.
- Monitor deadlines for assignment and action of tasks.
- Electronic and paper filing.
- Track expense claims and additional tasks as required and assigned.
