Responsibilities:
- In your new, exciting role, you are responsible for the office management of our Vice Presidents for Global Human Resources and for Global Strategic Planning and handle a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks.
- In addition, you support in conceptual and strategic matters by preparing decision papers and you are involved in the implementation.
- You support in all real estate matters regarding our Global Headquarter in Weinheim.
- You work independently on projects, conduct research, prepare presentations, and perform special tasks.
- The planning and coordination of appointments, travel and meetings including follow-up are an integral part of your new job.
Qualifications:
- University / college graduation or similar.
- Several years of professional experience at executive assistance level in an international business environment.
- Strong written and oral German and English language skills
- You recognize yourself in the following characteristics: process-oriented and interdisciplinary thinking and acting, analytical and solution-oriented way of working, trustful handling of sensitive data and information, committed, independent, strong social skills, team player, resilient, flexible, quick grasp and distinct organizational skills
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft office suite and other IT applications.
