Executive Assistant - Family Law

Your new role
As an Executive Assistant you will have previous experience working in Family Law to help you further your career in that area. You’ll be handling key tasks on the day-to-day such as diary management, preparing briefs and corresponding with various stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with drafting FCFCOA documents
- Corresponding with clients, organisations and other solicitors
- Assisting with the preparation of financial agreements
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- File opening and closing
- Diary management
- Assisting with general telephone enquiries
Data entryMaintaining filing system
Your skills and experience
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Be familiar with the processes surrounding the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
Have strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft office suite
