EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Post Secondary is preferred.
Must have 3 or more years’ experience as an executive assistant for a C-suite leader.
Prior experience in property management is an asset.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & PROFICIENCIES:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent Computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Written and oral communication in English
  • Experience using Canva is an asset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

This role will be primarily office based, sitting a desk.
