Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chief Development Officer, handling incoming correspondence, calls, and queries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage the Chief Development Officer’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met
- Act as a liaison between the Chief Development Officer and internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Cjief Dvelopemnt Officer
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with discretion
