Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chief Development Officer, handling incoming correspondence, calls, and queries with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Manage the Chief Development Officer’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Development Officer and internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Cjief Dvelopemnt Officer
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with discretion
