Responsibilities:
To be considered for this role as an Executive Assistant, you must demonstrate experience in the following key responsibilities:
- Managing various administrative tasks for the Partners, such as monitoring their inboxes, responding to emails, managing calendars, drafting confidential correspondence, and arranging travel.
- Planning and coordinating the Partners’ schedules, ensuring all commitments are followed up on.
- Attending client meetings to take minutes and track action items, as needed.
- Prioritizing conflicting needs and handling matters efficiently to completion.
- Communicating directly with clients on behalf of the Partners to maintain positive relationships.
- Conducting research and providing information and solutions to the Partners as required.
- Providing project administration support to special counsel and other subject matter experts.
- Assisting with maintaining professional memberships and training requirements.
- Building effective relationships with firm leadership and staff.
- Managing access to the Partners while ensuring appropriate direct access.
- Supporting business development initiatives and marketing-related events.
- Organizing travel and accommodation for ANZ partners and staff.
- Liaising with other Global Personal Assistants and providing administrative support to visiting partners.
- Performing any other duties as required by the Partners.
