Executive Assistant - Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of Senior Leaders working in a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend. The EA plays a crucial role in supporting the team and managing their daily activities to ensure efficient operations. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The EA is a key liaison between the Senior Leadership Team, other EA’s as well as internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the effectiveness and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational needs for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Ensuring all internal and external partners are communicated with accurately and timely
  • Diary Management
  • Travel coordination
  • Work independently and when needed within a team on projects
  • Report and presentation collation
  • Preparing agendas, attending meetings & recording minutes
  • Record action items, and follow-up tasks from meetings, ensuring timely execution
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in special projects, initiatives, or events, which may include event planning, coordination of VIP visits, or strategic planning activities
  • Handle sensitive information and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive decisions, financial data, and proprietary information
  • Expense Management
