Vattenfall is now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant.
In this role you will work as an assistant in an international environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of diverse tasks related to assisting company’s Managing Director, managing assignments to execute organizational development, and daily tasks related to the office. You will have an independent role where you have possibility to take own initiatives and develop ways of working. In this role you would be reporting to the Managing Director of the company. The role is full-time and permanent. The role is located in Helsinki and hybrid working model is possible.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to Managing Director– ensure diary, appointments and travel are efficiently organized
Act as first point of contact and ensure efficient liaison between business customers, team members and colleagues
Schedule, book and arrange resources for conferences, meetings, appointments and travel plans
Providing high level support in production of presentations, reports, proposals in line with the company’s standard
Collecting up-to-date input data from business
Preparing meetings documentation and when relevant take the meeting’s minutes
Ordering office supplies
Processing invoices
