Description:

A global tech company is looking to hire a temp for 6 months to support 2 C-suite Executives with WFH flex

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will provide crucial support to our two C-suite Executives during maternity leave cover. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritise appointments.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
